Common questions
Do I need a vapour barrier?+
Closed cell foam acts as the vapour barrier. That is one of its main advantages in pole barn assemblies.
Can you insulate just the ceiling?+
Yes. For an unheated pole barn where condensation is the main issue, spraying the underside of the roof deck is often enough.
