It depends on the space and the product. An attic top up on a typical home usually runs from $1,800 to $3,500. A drill and fill on a two storey home is often in the $4,000 to $8,000 range. Basement and commercial work is quoted per project. Every quote is free.
Are there rebates for insulation?+
Yes. Programs change year to year, but insulation upgrades often qualify for federal and provincial rebates such as Enbridge Home Efficiency Rebate Plus. We help with the paperwork.
Do you offer financing?+
Yes. We have financing options that let you spread the cost of a bigger project across manageable monthly payments. Ask about it during your free quote.
How long does a typical job take?+
Most attic top ups are done in a single day. A drill and fill on an average home is one to two days. Basements and commercial projects are quoted by the day.
